1. You can use the Cupoco Voucher App or the Cupoco Web App with your smart phone. Then you can start looking for the best deals and coupons in your area straight away, or look for a specific category (eg: Food, Travel, Shopping), as an alternative you can always find the your personal deal on the Cupoco website.
2. Cupoco offers you a choice by having a varied assortment of Deals:
   • Regular Deals: You can purchase a deal direct through the Cupoco App or from our website.These are subject to a small charge but provide special benefits such as a 50% discount or special 2 for 1 offers.
   • Free-Deals: By Cupoco these are provided for the user free of charge.

3. All deals and coupons can be accessed with the Cupoco App or our website. to redeem a Coupon just display it on your smart phone to the vendor (Coupons are free, a Deal must show it has been purchased).If you have downloaded a coupon from the website, just show the vendor a printed version of the coupon to claim your saving.

In order that you can benefit immediately from Cupoco Deals, we offer you in the Cupoco App and the Cupoco Website special Real-Time Deals that are marked accordingly. The special feature of Real-Time Deals is that they can only be purchased in a specific time period and you can redeemed them immediately (eg: a 50% discount on hair styling is available just for today between the hours of 3 and 5 p.m.). Deals that are not Real-Time Deals can, for example, even now be purchased and redeemed at a later date (eg 1 month later).

Depending on the business partner you can find at Cupoco Deals for sale, which give you larger benefits (eg voucher for 20 € with a value of 40 €) and free Deals, which usually offer lower discounts (eg 10% discount on your next purchase), but they are completely free for you. Thus, you can easily find out which great Deals Cupoco offers to you.

Deals that have been purchased (Regular Deals) offer exceptional savings, such as a 50% discount or a 2 for 1 offer. They include a purchase confirmation per e-mail, and are shown in your Cupoco account, so you can call them up at a later date.

Note: Regular Deals and Free Deals can only be redeemed up to the stated active period shown. Please take notice of any other conditions required when redeeming a deal.

Free-Deals are only active during the time period shown on the Cupoco App. or our website. There is no e-mail confirmation (as with purchased deals) or show up in your Cupoco account.

A deal which you have bought is immediately available after purchase in the mobile app, in your user account and it will also be sent to you directly by e-mail. You can redeem the deal immediately after purchase within the specified validity period.

Free Deals are permanently available and redeemable within the specified validity period over the mobile app or online. In contrast to the purchased Deals free Deals will not be sent to you to by e-mail or to your user account.

No, there are no hidden fees or other expenses, you only pay the price stated in the deal, it is important to us that you remain a satisfied customer.

A cash payment is not allowed.

A coupon can only be used once. Repeated use is not allowed and is checked by the vendor.

Yes, a deal that has been purchased can be forwarded to another person.

There are two types of deal by Cupoco. With a standard deal there is a 14 day right of return policy. This is explained in our Terms and Conditions.

Real Time and restricted availability deals must be downloaded and redeemed WITHIN the time frame specified. Since this type of deal can only be used with the consent of our cooperation partners, the possibility of return must be excluded.
